Black Heritage COMMUTE “BH COMMUTE” is a division of Black Heritage Investments (Pty) Ltd. “BH(I)” which in turn is affiliated with Community Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd. “CIH”.

Both BH(I) and CIH being 100% black owned and women led entities together actively participating in various sectors of the South African economy, such as but not limited to; Energy, ICT, Healthcare, Advisory Services, Property and Infrastructure Development and Logistics.

Northwest Transport Investment “NTI” is a public bus transport company owned by the Northwest Provincial government which the market notes as facing critical challenges primarily related to; operational inefficiencies, reliance on leased buses, and outdated infrastructure, compounded by significant debt.

BH COMMUTE appreciates the opportunity of submitting this un-solicited proposal to the Northwest Provincial government as a potential turnaround strategy to positively impact the viability of NTI going forward.
